Return Policy
RMA requests can submitted via email to contact@theBLUEiQ.com.

By ordering through THEBLUEiQ.com, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. You also agree to the BLUEiQ website Terms and Conditions. THEBLUEiQ.com (“TBIQ”) is owned and operated by Art & Science For All, Inc. (“ASV”).

This Return Policy applies only to BLUEiQ package 1 or “BLUE One”. Customers who have confirmed BLUEiQ package 2, also known as "BLUE Two", waive the right to return the product for credit. By ordering BLUE Two via the BLUEiQ website, you certify that you received BLUE One as expected and you accept the responsibilities of caring for the livestock which will arrive in BLUE Two.

If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed on this page, it will be rejected by our RMA Department and returned to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA # will be nullified, credit requests will be denied, replacements will not be provided, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our RMA Department that may be incurred by ASV. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this Return Policy, you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our RMA Department.

Purchases Made Directly Through Us
ASV will only refund BLUEiQ products purchased directly through BLUEiQ.com or ASV. If you would like a refund and did not purchase the product directly from us, you must contact the retailer directly to determine their applicable returns policy. All credits, costs, and expenses regarding such returns shall be borne by either you or the applicable retailer.

Return Criteria
1.) Original BLUEiQ packaging (box, packaging material, etc.).
2.) Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the barcode voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
It is your responsibility to inspect and test the product to
make sure it is to your satisfaction.
3.) Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by BLUEiQ/ASV.
4.) The return must be complete and include all accessories (thermometers, tweezers, tying thread, and magnifying glass).
5.) BLUEiQ documentation (Owner’s Guide).
6.) When mailing your return, you must use the RMA label issued by BLUEiQ/ASV. Tape the label on the outside of the shipping box. Do not write the RMA # or tape the label on the BLUEiQ packaging.
7.) Order for Blue 2 not yet confirmed. Once you have confirmed your Blue 2 order, you have waived the right to return the product.

Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated below, you have 45 days from the date your product left our warehouse, regardless of when you actually received the product, to get a valid RMA # and corresponding label from our website and get your product to a carrier to return back to us. The product does not have to reach our warehouse within 45 days, but must be in possession of the carrier. RMA #s must be valid and unexpired, issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA # is issued per return and when it expires, you may no longer return your product.

Upon our acceptance of the BLUEiQ merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with our Return Policy and Return Criteria, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of the item.

The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product to the RMA Department and with respect to any shipments from the RMA Department back to you. Title to the product being returned will remain with you at all times and transfer from you to the original distributor, or a third party in the case of liquidation of the return, only upon receipt of the products by such distributors or buyers.

Defective Products
Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product or - at the sole discretion of ASV - the purchase price can be refunded to the original method of payment used on the order. For defective products, a return authorization may only be granted within 45 days of the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product).

Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the Return Criteria above and to be defective, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
